Episode 88 of Floss Weekly is an interview with Linus Torvalds and is well worth a listen. Linus is spectacularly interesting both with regard to his thoughts on programming and his opinions of the open source movement in general.

I decided to take Windows 7 RC for a spin.

For some reason posts are not being categorized and tagged as of today. All my categories and tags still exist, but viewing posts by tag or category always yields no results - it's as though none of my posts have ever been tagged. More as this develops...

I'm still resistant to the idea of a dedicated desktop app for Twitter, but an interesting compromise might be Twidget, the Mac OS X Dashboard widget that allows me to update my Twitter status and view the 20 latest toots in my timeline.
